Each Abama Total Wellness programme starts with a consultation and diagnostic with one of our fitness and nutrition experts, helping us design an integrated package of spa treatments and exercise routines perfectly suited to your body’s requirements. And it doesn’t stop there. You’ll also have the option of personalised healthy eating menus at the spa café and each of our signature restaurants, and in-room therapeutic products.

There are 10 restaurants and four bars to choose from, including a Michelin Starred restaurant entitled "M.B", a signature restaurant of the renowned Basque chef Martín Berasategui. Novelty enables a specially reduced "À la Carte Menu" for all Half Board bookings at Abama´s Restaurants, including at "Pampa", "Verona" Restaurants, "Wine Bar" and "El Mirador". Moreover, the Resort Credit can be used at "Kabuki", "MB" Restaurants and at "The Sports Bar".
